How The Working Process Began
- Integrated Community Development Programme(The Project was funded by Methodist Relief & Development Fund(MRDF)London from 1991-2000.
- Project on Health & Nutrition funded by Dutch Interchurch Aid,The Netherlands from 1991 to 1994.
- In Search of Food Security funded by Dutch InterChurch Aid,The Netherlands from 1994 to 1998.
In the early 1989 Shri formed a team to start work under the banner of Create An Impact During that time he got an opportunity to impart Orientation training programmes for the project staffs of Nikhil Bharat Banabasi Panchayat which was running under the leadership of Shri Rajaram Singh.While moving to his Jhargram Office he came across with Prof.S.K.Basu-Mallik,the Chairman of Peoples Union for Development & Reconstructions(PUDAR).Seeing the CV of Shri Ojha,Prof.Basu-Mallik provided Create An Impact an opportunity to implement PUDAR’s Projects in Keonjhar district of Odisha.Create An Impact became an Affiliate of PUDAR
