SWEET (Social Welfare, Environmental and Educational Trust) is a non-profit organization established in 2006 and Registered under the Indian Trust Act of 1882.
SWEET strives for promoting quality education in formal and skill development sector, by ensuring people’s access to basic services such as Health & hygiene , Safe drinking water& sanitation , Livelihood and Echo-friendly Forestry through Community building processes.
In view of pursuing with aforementioned initiatives , SWEET has been strategizing its programmatic interventions under four key thematic areas of Strategic wings of SWEET i.e. Child development center (CDC) and Youth development center (YDC) are being established to promote Organizational services .

SWEET’s concerns include stabilizing education in formal and skill development sector, ensuring people’s entitlement to basic services such as health, livelihood and drinking water, natural resource management, women empowerment etc.
Organizational Structure :-
At present SWEET is having 8 trained staff at its Head office and district office and 30 no’s part time staffs at its field level (SWEET Volunteers). The organ gram below is depicting the staff structure of SWEET.
