1. Coordinator cum Counsellor- 1 Post 24x7 Inhouse Placement.
Qualification: Preferable Master in Social
Work/Sociology/Psychology/Human Resource
Development/MBA(HR)/Anthropology or Master degree
in any discipline and familiarity with computer applications.
2. Outreach Workers: 1 Post-
Education: Intermediate with similar work Experience.
Education: 8th upto 10th std.
Responsible to Cook and wash dishes, Clothes.
Project on OPEN SHELTER is a 24× 7 Crisis Management Program for Children-in-need in Urban and semi-urban areas.
Post of Project Coordinator cum Counsellor requires the personnel to keep consistent watch and control of the program 24x7.
Post of Outreach Worker (ORW) demands services at Outreach Locations for at least 8 hours/day to identify Children in dire situations and to link them to the care and Protection system under Government. Outreach Workers may have to travel profusely for restoration of children at the domicile.
