                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO FILLING UP FORM

The following documents have to be attached with the printed & filled application form.

1. Self-attested photocopy of Secondary, HSC, Graduation, Post- Graduation or any other professional qualification certificate and mark sheet.
2. One recent self-attested photograph (3.5 x 4.5) should be affixed to the application form.
3. Certificate of experience issued from the previous & current employer.
4. Self-Declaration regarding non involvement in any criminal activities especially child related offence (Police verification Certificate shall be produce at the time of Certificate verification).
5.      Training Certificate ( If Any)

Qualification and Experience Weightage

The merit list shall be drawn up on the basis of weighted percentage of marks obtained in all the 6 categories mentioned in the table above. In case more than one candidate has equal marks the candidate with past experience of working in child rights will be given preference. The decision of the Staff Requirement Committee in this regard shall be final.

Available Vacated Position in Open Shelter in Puri, Odisha. A Program under Project Vatsalya and ICPS, Government Of India, W & CD Department.

1. Care Giver cum Bridge Course Operators. 2 posts- One Male and One Female Education: Graduate in any social sciences subject. 2. Outreach Workers: 2 Posts- One Male and One Female. Education: Intermediate with similar work Experience. 3. Helper: 1 Post preferably Female. Education: 8th upto 10th std. Responsible to Cook and wash dishes, Clothes.

Project on OPEN SHELTER is a 24× 7 Crisis Management Program for Children in need in Urban and semi urban areas.

• Post of Care Giver cum Bridge Course Operator (Care Giver cum BCE) is a 24×7 in- house position to cater care and Protection to children rescued at any point of time. Production of the child under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of children) Act 2015, medical support/checkup, Information to Police is mandatory. 
• Post of Outreach Worker (ORW) demands services at Outreach Locations for atleast 8 hours/day to identify Children in dire situations and to link them to the care and Protection system under Government. Outreach Worers may have to travel profuse for restoration of chidren at the domicile.
• Helper: Helper is a in- house post to serve as cook and wash.
