To develop community health in neglected area of Orissa through activating local youth, services and creating alternate health facilities with special focus to reproductive child health and mobilizing community on appropriate health practices.
To undertake rescue, relief and rehabilitation operation during natural calamities.
To build proper coordination with different department of state and central Govt. for socio-economic development of the marginalized people of operational area and creating model of sustainable development.
