Our core expertise has been developed over a period of time from our experiences and inputs from the field amidst working with the marginalized communities: 

1. Motivating and developing community based platform of children Women and youths to create spaces for dialogue and negotiation in local developmental ecosystem.
2. Linkage and association with government agencies and knowledge / skill based institutions towards establishment of rights and entitlements of children, women and marginalized populations to address issues health, education and livelihood.
3. Focusing on micro experimentation as well as establishing and scaling up of successful models to me so and micro levels aimed towards larger public good.
